• Our recharged toner cartridges are supplied without the need for empties. Ink refill kits are sold to refill manufacturer genuine ink cartridges only. Due to patent & copyright laws, there is a high probability that any compatible ink cartridge/s, either in your possession or sold by us, may not be able to be refilled. Accordingly, compatible ink cartridges sold by us are intended for single use only.
• Warranty Claims. Customers are encouraged to contact us directly in the first instance, many so called problems can be rectified over the phone or to referring to the troubleshooting section of your printer manual. Any claim for warranty must be accompanied by the cartridge itself, securely repackaged as to avoid any damage in transit together with sample prints of the claimed fault. The purchaser must first advise of intention to return and obtain a Returns Authorisation number which must be clearly displayed in large letters at least twice on the returned package, we will normally provide you with a phone number to arrange this direct with the warehouse. Upon receipt, our quality control technicians shall inspect, test & if deemed necessary disassemble the said cartridge. Our liability is strictly limited to replacement or reimbusrement. No credit will issue for an empty cartridge.
• Warranty Policy : We guarantee all cartridges and refill ink supplied by us to be free of remanufacturing defects on an out of packet basis for six months from date of purchase. Our products WILL NOT damage your printer or fax. Purchasers are cautioned to obtain in writing, on the service providors letterhead, any comment to the contrary made by a service technician. We will not warrant a cartridge where it is found it has been misused, improperly stored, is damaged, has been incorrectly installed, dismantled, further refill <not by us>, has had fair economic value <is empty or near empty> or tampered with in anyway. It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure their printer or facsimile is regularly cleaned & serviced.
• Terms of Trade. Where account facilities are extended, all accounts are payable by the 20th day of the month following the date of the invoice. If the account is not paid within 30 days after the due date, our debt recovery agency may charge you a fee equal of 25% of the unpaid portion of the price, but not less than $25.00. Where the total agency, legal and other costs arising from recovery of any amount owing exceeds the debt recovery fee charged, our agent is also entitled to recover such additional costs from you. This clause is intended to be for the benefit of and be enforceable by our debt recovery agency under the contracts (Privacy) Act 1982. Where account facilities are extended & the purchaser fails to comply with those terms, the purchaser, in consideration of being extended an account initiall, agrees to indemnity AAA Cartridge Recharge against all costs, whether commission, legal fee or otherwise, incurred by us or our duly authorised agents relating to any moneys, goods and services that may be outstanding from time to time pursuant to the terms of this agreement. The purchaser agrees that the terms of trade are strictly settlement on or before the 20th of the month following the month of delivery and that AAA Cartridge Recharge will be entitled to charge interest at the rate of 22.8 % per annum (1.9 % per month) on all amounts that have not been paid in full by the 20th of the month following the month of delivery.
